Moonbows, Halos, and your Arcline

Last night, the eve of the full moon after Tom's Shamanism Workshop, there was a halo around the moon. This phenomena is caused by ice crystals in the sky refracting moonbeams.

Your Arcline is a halo, that goes in a lovely arc from ear to ear. It projects who you are to others. You could think of it as the bright nucleus of your Aura. It also acts like a shining shield that protects you from negative energy that might be directed towards you. It is one of your Ten Bodies. In yogic anatomy you have one physical, three mental, and six energetic bodies. The Arcline is your Sixth Body. It relates to the sixth chakra - Ajna. That feeling when you know you're being watched, or you turn to look somewhere and there is something happening. It is your sixth sense.

There are many kriyas and meditations that will cleanse and strengthen your Arcline. Ajna Stimulation Kriya for example, gently balances your glandular system and stimulates the pituitary gland which is responsible for metabolism, growth, and reproduction through the hormones that it releases. The kriya has exercises that balance your electro-magnetic field, improve digestion, strengthen your nervous system, open the central nerve channel in the spine, cleanse your eyes, and it concludes with a meditation that leads your consciousness to its primal Source. Chanting the "Wahe guru, wahe jio" mantra also strengthens your Arcline.

Your Arcline and the Ajna chakra have expansive potential. It is the link between the seen on earth and the known of the universe. The guru related to the Sixth Body is Guru Hargobind he is an example of faith, integrity, clarity, he builds a place of strength so that both temporal and spiritual matters can be resolved.

We build a place of strength and balance in ourselves, we develop our third eye and our Arcline so that we can keep things simple, not tie ourselves up in knots, know what our values are, and live by them.
