It all starts with breathing. Strengthen your heart, increase lung capacity, lift your mood, and bring oxygen to your brain with a series of breathing techniques that make you feel fantastic. 35 minute session.
HEAD MASSAGE
Take 30 minutes out of your day to reconnect to your body and soothe your nervous system. Fully clothed, Indian head massage works on the cranial nerves and specific pressure points to provide a sense of relief. An oil free massage, this uses stimulating and soothing techniques to include head, shoulders, upper back, neck, and face.
FACIAL MASSAGE
A combination of warm and cool stones applied to the facial muscles and jaw line to ease tension and invigorate your nervous system.
